I heard a local radio station asking a question the other day to some hot chick who is really irrelevant to the meat of this post.  It was a simple question and one that pleased me to no end.

“If you were a stripper, what music would you dance to?”

That’s fantastic, even though the whore they were talking to had no idea and couldn’t pick even a single song out of the blue.  It just got me thinking about strippers and there musical choices to shake their thangs to.  I’ve seen some hip-hop, heavy metal and house songs and to be honest, they all sound good when a hot chick is taking off her clothes to it.

I remember this one strip club I visited one night that was showing music videos on the back wall of the club.  I got free booze, I was able to smoke a cigar inside the club without hassle and most of the girls in the club were 10’s with the occasionaly 8 thrown in here and there .  Then a beautiful doll took the stage, caressing the pole gently like a lover not spinning upside down on it and spinning like a circus performer.

The mood was set to the unlikely song choice of Hey Ya by Outkast.  I remember all of the hairs on my arm standing on end.  It was one of those rare perfect moments you promise yourself you won’t forget, one that you wish could be repeated but unfortunately can’t.  Now, whenever someone mentions a song that was played or should be played in a strip club I am reminded of Hey Ya and that amazing moment of strip club nirvana.

It’s probably one of those things you had to be there to appreciate.  Nevermind, nothing to sell here, just fond memories and sinful thoughts.
